Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal from the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") for entering into an agreement for participation in educational events, olympiads, and competitions (hereinafter referred to as "Services").

Acceptance of this Offer is registration for the event and/or payment of the organizational fee by the Participant.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Organizer undertakes to conduct an educational event according to the conditions published on the website, and the Participant undertakes to pay the organizational fee and comply with the rules of participation in the event.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Organizer undertakes to:

  • Conduct the event within the agreed timeframe
  • Provide necessary conditions for the event
  • Provide informational support to participants

The Participant undertakes to:

  • Pay the organizational fee on time
  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Comply with the rules of participation in the event

4. Cost and Payment Procedure

The cost of the organizational fee is indicated on the event page. Payment is made by any available method on the website. After payment, the Participant receives confirmation of registration to the specified email.

5. Refund

A refund of the organizational fee is possible no later than 7 days before the start of the event. To process a refund, you must contact the organizer through the contact details provided on the website.

6. Liability of the Parties

The Organizer is not responsible for the impossibility of participating in the event due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control (force majeure). In case of cancellation of the event due to the fault of the Organizer, paid amounts are refunded in full.

7. Personal Data

By registering for the event, the Participant consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Organizer undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties without the Participant's consent.

8. Final Provisions

This Offer comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website and is valid until revoked. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the Offer with notification to Participants.
