1. General Provisions
1.1. This Offer defines the procedure and conditions for the provision of paid educational services by the Service Provider, including participation in olympiads, championships, trainings, courses, webinars, seminars, international trips, and other events conducted under the AZ GROUP brand.
1.2. Acceptance of this Offer constitutes full and unconditional agreement of the Client with all its terms and conditions and is legally equivalent to concluding a services agreement.
1.3. Acceptance shall be deemed to occur upon payment by the Client for the Service Provider’s services (in full or in part, including installment payments) by any available payment method.
1.4. Where the agreement is concluded in the interest of a minor, acceptance shall be made by the minor’s legal representative, who confirms having the legal authority to act on behalf of the minor.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Client with educational services (including olympiads, trainings, seminars, courses, instruction, webinars, and other events), and the Client undertakes to pay for such services in accordance with the established tariffs.
2.2. The list, content, duration, format, schedule, and cost of services are specified on the official website of the Service Provider at https://az-group.kz , in informational letters, and in the official materials of the company.
2.3. If a specific service by its nature requires the mandatory execution of a separate written agreement (including complex programs, long-term education, international trips, or where required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the parties shall formalize their relationship in a separate agreement. In such case, the terms of the separate agreement shall prevail over the terms of this Offer.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Service Provider undertakes to:
- organize and conduct the event in accordance with the declared program;
- provide necessary materials;
- notify the Client of any changes in time, venue, or format of the event;
- process personal data in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.2. The Client undertakes to:
- pay for the selected service in a timely manner;
- comply with participation rules;
- refrain from distributing educational and methodological materials without the prior written consent of the Service Provider;
- provide accurate information during registration.
4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure
4.1. The cost of services shall be determined by the Service Provider and published on the official website and/or in official informational materials.
4.2. Payment shall be made in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) via non-cash methods, including online payment and installment options.
4.3. Payment shall be deemed completed upon receipt of funds in the Service Provider’s bank account.
5. Refusal of Services and Refund Policy
5.1. The Client has the right to withdraw from the agreement at any time prior to the commencement of the service.
5.2. In case of withdrawal, the paid amount shall be refunded less the actual expenses incurred by the Service Provider in organizing the Client’s participation.
5.3. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to:
- registration fees of event organizers;
- venue reservations;
- production of personalized materials;
- bank commissions;
- visa fees;
- non-refundable airline tickets;
- accommodation booking costs;
- other obligations to third parties.
5.4. The amount retained may depend on the terms and conditions of third parties (airlines, hotels, partners, and other service providers) if the service includes travel or international participation components.
5.5. If the service has been partially provided, the refund shall be made proportionally to the unprovided part, less incurred expenses.
6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. The parties shall bear liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6.2. The parties shall be released from liability for failure to perform obligations in case of force majeure circumstances pursuant to Article 359 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the Client’s inability to participate due to reasons attributable to the Client (including visa refusal, violation of entry rules, or failure to comply with event requirements).
7. Personal Data
7.1. The Client provides consent to the processing and storage of personal data for the purpose of executing this Offer.
7.2. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection.”
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Offer shall remain valid indefinitely from the moment of its publication on the Service Provider’s website.
8.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer. The new version shall apply to legal relations arising after the date of its publication.
8.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, through judicial proceedings in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
